Summary –We are looking for a senior leader to head Business Development and Client Support, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth while delivering best-in-class client service. This role combines commercial strategy with customer experience, ensuring growth initiatives are supported by strong, compliant, and scalable client support operations.

Responsibilities –

1. Drive business development strategies to achieve growth objectives and market expansion.
2. Build and manage strategic partnerships, affiliates, and institutional relationships.
3. Own end-to-end client support operations, ensuring high service quality and SLA adherence.
4. Enhance client experience, retention, and loyalty through data-driven insights and process improvements.
5. Lead and mentor global client support and relationship management teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements –

1. 15+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, or trading environments.
2. Strong background in business development, client support, or customer experience leadership.
3. Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
4. Strong understanding of regulated business models and compliance requirements.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
