Role: Manager HR Technology

Location: Mumbai

  1. Manages human resource department and organizational needs for human resource systems, with an emphasis on the technical components of business needs.
  2. Design Employee Experience journey map across Employee lifecycle leveraging Location, Business and role levers
  3. Design, develop, and maintain HR Analytics dashboards using data visualization tools running on HRMS such as Tableau/Power BI
  4. Interpret and analyze the insights from dashboards & interactive analytic suites to identify and present actionable opportunities
  5. Recommends system design and configuration approaches to best meet current and future strategic human capital management delivery.
  6. Maintains systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and resolves software issues.
  7. Designs and generates queries, reports, and dashboards.
  8. Serves as liaison between users, the IT and Software Engineering departments, and third parties.
  9. Researches new technologies and system solutions and keeps management informed

What you need to have: 

  1. 8+ years of HRIS management experience
  2. Experience implementing and administering systems: specific experience with systems may include but not be limited to PeopleSoft HRMS, Taleo, Cloud HCM solutions
  3. Related experience in data visualization, analytics and data driven strategy roles
  4. Experience in quantitative HRIS analysis with demonstrated aptitude in data analytics, queries, metrics, and reporting
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and Outlook.
