Informatica Production Support Lead – ETL& UNIX (6+ years) Remote

  • Analyze and resolve feed processing failures, data discrepancies, and report issues.
  • Handle critical incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide frequent updates.
  • Monitor jobs and coordinate with interfacing teams to ensure job success.
  • Respond to business queries, providing logic and clarification on data.
  • Lead change requests for production activities, including change management support.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Disaster Recovery activities.
  • Manage audit and governance-related activities, answering queries, and providing SME insights.
  • Investigate root causes and drive permanent fixes for problem management.
  • Monitor, track, and manage incidents, TWS issues, and repetitive problems.
  • Collaborate with Offshore Support primaries and handle ongoing issues.
  • Initiate automation to reduce manual efforts and set up alerts for proactive support.


Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in Informatica / ETL, including data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources into databases (DB2/Oracle).
  • Proficiency in PLSQL, encompassing the ability to create queries, procedures, packages, and more.
  • Mastery of Unix commands and shell scripting for efficient navigation and automation.
  • ITIL Certification to further strengthen your credentials.
  • Proficiency in leadership skills, empowering you to lead teams to success.
  • Deep technical knowledge in Informatica/ETL, PLSQL, and Unix, including familiarity with all common commands and navigation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities for troubleshooting common issues and alerts in distributed environments.
  • Quick learning capabilities, adapting swiftly to new products and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Azure-related tools such as ADF, Synapse, Data Bricks, and storage, demonstrating versatility.


  • ITIL certified with a strong understanding of ITIL framework and production support processes.
  • Leadership and Communication:
  • Proven leadership skills in leading large support teams.
  • Effective communication abilities, ensuring proactive engagement, ownership, and support in 24*7 shifts.
  • Experience in client handling, showcasing your ability to interact with clients effectively.
