Insurance Operations (Policy Renewals) - (8 Years+) - Mumbai


We're in search of candidates with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Insurance Operations. Preferably, we're looking for someone with involvement in Policy renewals, and the flexibility to work during US Shifts is essential.


Location- Mumbai

  1. Acting as the primary point of contact for the branch, providing comprehensive support

  2. Understanding and implementation of guidelines, policies and procedures

  3. Responsible for end-to-end support of the policy lifecycle services

  4. Supporting a team of 4 - 5 Client Managers (~70 Accounts) at the branch

  5. Conducting end to end renewal activities

  6. Fostering and maintaining a positive relationship with branch (onshore) staff to enhance the overall customer experience

  7. Handling queries effectively, aiming to minimize re-work at service center


  1. Graduation in any field with minimum 8 years of experience in Backend Insurance Operations and 3 years of Team Handling experience on papers

  2. Flexible to work in any shift timings as per business requirements

  3. Hands on experience in Healthcare Insurance with Employee Benefits.

  4. Excellent communication skill.
