Role: Investor Relations

Location: Gurgaon

Your Employer: India’s biggest digital automotive solutions provider that supports the buyers at all stages of their personal mobility journey.

 Responsibilities: 

1. 1. Financial modeling & research model creation
   2. Information collection/preparation Interacting with equity research analysts
   3. Investor event preparation
   4. Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
   5. Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
   6. Manage equity research and investor relationships
   7. Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
   8. Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
   9. Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
   10. Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
   11. Help prepare the company’s Annual Report

What you need to have: 

1. Investor Relations, Corporate Business Development, M&A, Business analysis
2. A strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools are often required. Due to the large amounts of data to be processed and presented, applicants should have intermediate-high proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, as well as with the ERP software
