IT Infrastructure Support - 5+ Years - Gurgaon

 We are seeking an experienced L2 Support – IT Infrastructure professional to manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security operations. The role involves hands-on administration of Microsoft technologies, VMware virtualization, storage systems, and modern endpoint management to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Location – India (Shift-based support aligned with US & Canada time zones, if required)

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain VMware environments and Windows Server infrastructure.
2. Administer SAN/NAS storage systems, ensuring data integrity, availability, and replication.
3. Monitor system health, performance, and security; perform regular maintenance and patching.
4. Manage cloud and endpoint solutions including Cloud MDM, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 365.
5. Implement and test backup, disaster recovery, and automated patch management strategies.

Requirements:

1. Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and Windows Server administration.
2. Proven expertise in SAN/NAS storage management and disaster recovery solutions.
3. Experience with Cloud MDM, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 365 environments.
4. Knowledge of monitoring tools, patch management, and ITIL-based support processes.
5. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
