Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance full stack web applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
Build and implement efficient and secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components and third-party systems.
Architect, develop, and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and other developers in cross-functional teams.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Mentor junior developers and guide them on technical challenges.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development.
Core Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Java programming and Spring Boot.
Strong expertise in ReactJS, including Redux Saga for state management.
Experience in developing complex web applications and RESTful APIs.
In-depth knowledge of back-end frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD).
Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Secondary/Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
Experience with Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Soft Skills and Professional Attributes:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective leadership and mentorship abilities.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Engineering and DevOps Skills:
Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Awareness of application security and performance optimization best practices.
