Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and facilitating skill development
- Designing and developing ETL processes using PySpark and other relevant technologies

- Implementing best practices in data engineering, optimization, and performance tuning

Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on PySpark and ETL
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Deep understanding of big data technologies and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
