Your Employer: A prominent Indian beauty and personal care products’ company

Responsibilities:

  1. Being a Strategic Executor, the incumbent is responsible for design and implementation of HRMS strategies effectively.
  2. Ensure Data integrity and give best user experience
  3. Collaborate with HRMS team and provide technical support to all HRBPs
  4. Develop the mechanism to capture all HR metrics in HRMS
  5. Develop an employee engagement plan for all sales employee & also share best practices with other HR COEs
  6. Execute the plan according to the engagement calendar to achieve maximum engagement levels
  7. Introduce various means to enhance the engagement level of employees and helps HRBP to attain it
  8. Assist Sales HR Head role in designing and implementing best employee experiences programs for sales employees and measuring the effectiveness through HR metrics.

Requirements:

  1. HR Masters qualified preferred with 3 +years of experience in Employee engagement and best practices along with HRMS aspect.
  2. Experience in working with cross functional teams / multiple stakeholders to enhance the level in Pre-boarding, Onboarding, Retention, Recognition, Wellness and other activities aimed to create a positive work environment.
  3. Good Business Communication and presentation skills.
  4. Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
