Lead- Talent Management & Talent Development- 4+ years- Mumbai

 

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals having 4+ years of experience in planning & executing training programs.

 

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and identify current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive training and development plans, focusing on the Sales Function.
  3. Design and execute targeted training programs using the Skill-Will framework.
  4. Create training modules and conduct regular assessments to measure skill improvements.
  5. Facilitate effective induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
  6. Periodically monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, success, and ROI, and report findings.
  7. Manage and maintain the training calendar and budget.
  8. Coordinate all development activities in alignment with HR guidelines.
  9. Identify high-potential employees (HiPo) and manage the identification process, including Development Centres and 360-degree assessments.
  10. Develop Individual Development Plans (IDP) for HiPo managers and ensure their implementation.
  11. Collaborate with business leaders and external agencies to design leadership development programs.
  12. Drive mentoring and coaching initiatives to foster talent growth.
  13. Conceptualize and manage e-learning solutions and Learning Management Systems (LMS)/Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
  14. Develop a structured approach to succession management and create formal succession plans.
  15. Support key programs including engagement, career development, Inclusion and Diversity, and Well-being initiatives.
  16. Stay current with talent management best practices and oversee their adoption.
  17. Conduct people surveys and design interventions to improve scores and organizational performance.

 

Requirements:

  1. MBA/PGDM with HR specialization from Tier 1/ 2 B- School
  2. 4+ years of experience in designing Talent Development/ capability building.
  3. Strong knowledge on HR processes training design and evaluation, Leadership development, Performance Management.
