Leader – HRO (Hire to Retire Practitioner)

Looking for highly skilled and experienced leader to join one of our clients in Hire to Retire Solutioning Practice This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Data Management, and RFP/RFI Solutioning. If you have led HR transformation projects and are looking to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead HR transformation initiatives, boosting organizational efficiency.
  2. Proactively identify and solve complex HR problems affecting business direction.
  3. Design responses to RFPs and participate in solutioning for RFPs & RFIs.
  4. Collaborate with senior management, influencing decisions on critical business issues.
  5. Engage with onshore and offshore clients in a client-facing capacity.
  6. Report directly to the Managing Director – India.
  7. Manage large teams and critical client engagements, driving innovative HR solutions.
  8. Travel locally and internationally as needed.

 

Requirements: 

  1. 18 to 28 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Data Management, and HR transformation.
  2. Strong consulting and solution delivery experience, especially in RFP/RFI solutioning.
  3. Experience working with third-party organizations.
  4. Ability to work under pressure, with a preference for candidates serving a notice period or available on short notice.
  5. Proven experience in managing client relationships, client-facing roles, and leading transformation projects.
  6. Ability to work in a hybrid mode and travel internationally when required.
