Manager – P&C Insurance Claims – 10+ Yrs – Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore

Summary -
We are hiring experienced P&C Insurance Claims professionals for Manager roles, requiring strong domain expertise across multiple Property & Casualty claim lines and excellent stakeholder management skills. The role involves leading large teams in a US night shift environment. We are looking to hire  someone who has handled 80+ FTEs.

Location - Any Location (Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore)

Responsibilities -

• Manage end-to-end Property & Casualty insurance claims including General Liability, Auto/Motor & Direct, Cyber Claims, and other P&C lines.

• Lead and manage teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLAs.

• Review complex claims and provide technical guidance to team members.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely claim resolution.

Requirements -

• Excellent communication skills with 8+ years of total work experience.

• Must currently be working as a Manager on paper for at least 5 years.

• Mandatory team handling experience (P&C Claims).

• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance claims including General Liability, Auto/Motor & Direct, and Cyber Claims.

• Candidates with experience in Subrogation total loss, admin team, or Health Insurance are not preferred.
