Looking out for a strategically sound commercial excellence manager for one of the leading global medical device manufacturing organizations.  


You will assume responsibility for defining and leading the sales efficiency indicators (KPIs) through appropriate analysis between sales & and marketing. Youwill manage projects across functions to integrate -global and local- projects into portfolio while also playing a key role in any acquisition process to support the country manager.

​​Responsibilities - 


  1. Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of a business intelligence model to drive customer segmentation, targeting as well as CRM program.

  2. Driving salesforce effectiveness initiatives & executing the global commercial excellence strategy.

  3. Creating mechanisms to capture, analyse & use the market level data to understand the competitive landscape, identifying the growth opportunities and target customer segments.

  4. Creating value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in cooperation with marketing & sales functions.

  5. Supporting the country manager in business development by providing insights and competitive intelligence.

  6. Overseeing the local deployment of the global commercial strategy.  

​​Requirements -  


  1. Graduation/post-graduation from a top tier institute with 8+ years of professional experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.

  2. Strong analytics experience and sound business acumen.

  3. Strong team leading experience and ability to manage global stakeholders.
