Manager-FP&A (5-10 years) (Candidates from INSURANCE Industry only)
A role of Manager-FP&A with 5-10 years of experience with One of the leading Indian Insurance Company.
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain framework of cost management and resource allocation within accepted risk parameters
2. CBA approval process as per revised grid
3. Drive cost management agenda of the organization
4. Providing controllership over Company level opex
5. Departmental expenses, reconciliation between top down and bottoms up, engagement with various functional heads and closure
6. Give-gets of various CAPEX and its linkage with company strategy and sales plan/cost reduction plans
7. Monthly tracking of CAPEX categorized under various projects and dash boarding in the way it is useful to major stakeholders
8. Periodic reconciliation between IT PO based capex and put to use CAPEX.
Requirements:
1. MBA Finance from reputed institute / Chartered Accountant
2. 8-10 yrs post qualification experience in finance function for MNC (preferably service industry)/ big four
3. Knowledge of Insurance Industry and FPNA.
