Manager – HR Business Partner - 4+ yrs.

Location: Pune

The role involves delivering diverse HR interventions across all business verticals and sites within the assigned state(s). Partner with the business to implement HR plans and strategies aligned with business priorities, ensuring an excellent employee experience. Focus on employee relations and talent development to support smooth operations and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business leaders to drive people processes and ensure talent acquisition and retention strategies are effective for critical positions.

  2. Conduct regular reviews of business progress, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly assessments.

  3. Engage in new hire orientations, leader one-on-ones, and focused group discussions to gather insights and influence corporate decisions.

  4. Develop and promote organisation’s values and culture across all business units.

  5. Coach and mentor leaders, guide managers on performance management, and implement engagement interventions and talent development processes.

  6. Execute change and transformation programs, drive employee engagement frameworks, and handle employee communication and feedback channels.

  7. Manage HR projects for capacity and capability building, address employee issues, track reward metrics, and conduct regular field visits and vendor audits to ensure compliance.

 

Requirements:

  1. Postgraduate in Management with 4+ years of HR experience in plant, field, or corporate settings, ideally with HR certifications in labor laws, training & development, OD, or HR analytics.

  2. Experience in e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution, successfully managing multiple territories and sites in fast-paced environments.

  3. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems like SAP ERP is a plus.

  4. Strong functional HR capabilities, including HRM, employee relations, change management, data analytics, coaching, and program management.

  5. Expertise in aligning business objectives with people needs, managing industrial relations, and proficiency in the local language.
