Manager - Learning & Development- 5-7yrs

Exciting Opportunity for L&D Professional! Take charge as the guardian of competency frameworks and skill architecture, collaborating with HR teams to seamlessly integrate them into all talent processes

Responsibilities:

  1. Spearhead the design, development, and delivery of flagship learning programs, ensuring alignment with performance and behavioral outcomes across various career levels and teams, either autonomously or in collaboration with partners.
  2. Oversee the company's Self-led Learning initiatives, curating e-learning libraries, managing learning calendars, and facilitating app-based learning to foster continuous development.
  3. Facilitate engaging learning sessions, collaborating with external partners or conducting sessions independently to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  4. Manage essential resources for the L&OD team, including reporting & analytics tools and internal communication channels, to optimize learning and development processes.
  5. Contribute to company-wide and business-specific learning discovery and diagnosis efforts, aiding in the identification of learning needs and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Contribute to the enhancement of the competency framework & skill architecture, participating in the refreshment process and ensuring its effective implementation throughout the organization. 

Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Preferably certified in Learning. Postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
  2. Possess 5-7 years of experience in learning, with at least 2 years managing end-to-end programs, internally or as a service provider. Demonstrated expertise in articulating learning objectives, content creation, partner collaboration, session facilitation, and impact measurement.
  3. Strong foundation in Learning design, development (including instructional designing), and measurements
  4. Subject matter understanding on behavioral learning – especially self and people leadership
