Summary –
We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional with a strong consulting background to join our Customer Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Manager – MCX. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in marketing, customer experience, and data-driven problem-solving who is passionate about driving customer-focused innovation.

Responsibilities –

Lead and manage marketing/customer experience (M/CX) strategy projects across functions, driving business impact.

Develop customer journey maps, loyalty frameworks, and marketing analytics insights that support decision-making.

Coach and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and consultants within the Customer CoE.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver consulting engagements and capability-building initiatives.
-
Present insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, influence, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements –
-
5–8 years of experience, including 2–3 years in consulting, strategy, or analytics roles.

Strong exposure to marketing and customer experience domains, including loyalty, benchmarking, and CX strategy.
-
Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Python; knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or R is a plus.

Familiarity with digital/CX tools like Qualtrics, SEMRush, Similarweb, SensorTower, and customer research methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
