Manager - Process Excellence- Quality Assurance - 5+ years – Gurugram

An exciting Job opportunity for a professional having 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, SOP Preparation, Process Governance, conducting quality driven audits, Process Assessment and documentation.

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring regular review of SOPs by management through a work-flow driven governance and SOPs/Process flows are saved in BPM repository at all times
2. Publishing quarterly dashboards to track and report SOP documentation status.
3. Conducting process assessments as per the approved framework and contributing to creation of plan and strategy of process assessments.
4. Reviewing process documentation, metrics to measure and monitor process performance, people enablement process and improvement/automation initiatives.
5. Recommending changes and enhancements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, eliminate non-value added activities, mitigate risks, automate processes, enhance customer experience.
6. Work with process owners to understand process, identify gaps and develop and agree on action plans to improve the processes.

 Requirements:

1. Graduate/MBA with 4-5 years of experience in consulting or industry in Quality or Business Process Management (BPM) domain.
2. Experience related to Business Process Management (BPM) in consulting (first preference) or Life Insurance will be preferred
