Manager - Revenue Recognition – 12+ years - Pune

Location: Pune

Summary:

This role, exclusively for females, in orchestrating the setup and transformation of financial management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and driving profitability growth. This position encompasses both organic and inorganic deals, involving start-up contracts, complex financial portfolios, and integration activities across ventures and acquisitions/divestitures.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the setup and transformation of individual contracts and portfolios, ensuring compliance with company standards and specific contract requirements.

2. Establish hierarchy structures in the company's ERP and implement digital financial tools to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Provide strategic guidance and support to deal leadership during negotiations and profitability recovery efforts.

4. Oversee integration activities for ventures and acquisitions/divestitures, managing financial processes and reporting to ensure seamless transitions.

5. Drive internal FTS initiatives aimed at process improvement, team communication, and professional development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (ICMAI/ICAI) preferred.

2. Minimum of 13 years of experience in financial roles, with a deep understanding of business, finance, and accounting fundamentals.

3. Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

4. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

5. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
