Learning & Development Lead / Manager

A distinguished global brokerage and risk management firm, this entity excels in delivering a wide range of insurance, consulting, and corporate services, managing substantial assets and catering to a vast client base across numerous countries.



  1. Managing end to end learning & development
  2. Conducting training need analysis and identifying the current and future needs in training and development & capacity building organisation wide
  3. Creating comprehensive L&D plan based training needs of the organisation
  4. Creating inventive and & flexible methods capacity building & training needs
  5. Evaluating & monitoring both structured and unstructured methods of training and doing continuous improvements  
  6. Organizing and anchoring all new hire orientation programs
  7. Managing L&D related dashboards and analysing recent trends in Learning & Development



  1. 14+ years of experience in with good understanding on L&D including instructional design, content creation , training delivery and evaluating training effectiveness
  2. Should be MBA in HR or MA Psychology/ Organisational development 
  3. Experience in creating organisational level trainings techniques and in multiple areas like management development programs and leadership development programs
  4. Exposure to L&D tools, eLearning developments & LMS
  5. Should have excellent communication skills and experience of managing senior stakeholders
  6. Should be well versed with Microsoft office and other related tools




  1. Leading and creating L&D frameworks at organisational level .
  2. Working closely with Leadership team of the organisation
