Manager/Sr. Manager – Data Security - Insurance (5-9 years)
Job opportunity for Data Security/privacy specialists with experience in data security technologies such as Classification, DLP, DRM along with exposure to implementation of data privacy and security frameworks.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy and security policies, procedures, and controls
- Monitoring, measuring and ensuring governance of controls for compliance such as IRDAI, AADHAAR Act and Data Protection Bill (India)
- Ensuring the security and protection of personal information in the custody or control of the business
- Conducting thematic reviews basis IS and Data Privacy Policy
- Ensuring Information Security due diligence is followed during on-boarding of a vendor
- Conducting audit preparedness and ensure successful completion of periodic reviews and audits pertaining to regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations
- Leading incident response, including data breach preparedness
- Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology changes such as DLP, DRM, Data security and classification tools
- Providing guidance and training to employees on data privacy and security matters, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance
Skills Required:
Information Security compliance management, Data Leakage Prevention, Data Security, Privacy, Data Protection, Third party risk Management, IRDA Security Guidelines, ISO 27001 ISMS, NIST Security Guidelines, Data Security & Classification tools (DLP, DRM etc.)
Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Information management and security (pref. B. Tech/M.Tech/MS)
- Proven experience as a Data Privacy and Security Manager or in a similar role.
- 5-8 years of experience in managing data security & privacy practices and technologies such as DLP, DRM, Masking, Tokenization and data classification.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws and framework is preferred.
- Preferred certifications CISSP, CIPP-IT, DSCI certified privacy professional, DLP Architect
- Strong Communication skills
