LOCATION: Noida (Work from Office)
YOUR EMPLOYER: One of a leading IT SASS based organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing end to end lateral recruitment in tech & non tech space .
Leading the Talent Acquisition team and devising talent acquisition startegies across levels
Managing Leadership Hiring and resposnible for employer branding
Working closley with leadership team and accountable for month on month hiring targets
Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.
Developing appropriate channels and external events to roll out employer branding.
REQUIREMENTS:
Should have +6 years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition Space , candidates from start ups will be preferred
Should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems.
Should have experience in leveraging a referral network in a corporate environment.
Should hold great exposure of stakeholder managements.
