Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Team Lead with 8-10 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) and 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of 15-20 members to enhance their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Overseeing and optimizing custom processes, features, and capabilities within the platform.

  • Managing the lead evaluation process to ensure efficient qualification and distribution of marketing leads.

  • Collaborating with onshore marketing automation leaders to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

  • Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Certifications.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
