MongoDB Developer – Atlas Specialist - 7 to 9 Years - PAN India

Summary –

We are hiring MongoDB Developers with 7–9 years of experience and strong expertise in MongoDB development and Atlas (MongoDB Cloud). This is a Pan India opportunity with preferred locations in Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 60 days’ notice period will be prioritized.

Responsibilities –

  1. Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB databases with high availability and scalability.
  2. Work extensively with MongoDB Atlas (Cloud) for deployment, management, and optimization of databases.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze database requirements.
  4. Implement performance tuning, query optimization, and security best practices for MongoDB solutions.
  5. Support migration, backup, and restoration strategies for MongoDB clusters.

Requirements –

  1. 7–9 years of experience in MongoDB development (mandatory).
  2. MongoDB Certification is a must.
  3. Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas or willingness to learn Atlas immediately.
  4. Proficiency in database design, query performance tuning, and data modeling in MongoDB.
  5. Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments with strong problem-solving skills.
