Responsibilities
As an Onboarding Engineer, you will:
- Lead and execute new client onboarding processes while ensuring timely and efficient integration of analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and customize deployment as needed.
- Develop, document, and implement best practices for onboarding processes.
- Provide expert-level consultation and technical guidance to clients and internal teams during onboarding stages.
- Troubleshoot challenges during implementation and work towards resolutions while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to enable clients to maximize the use and efficiency of analytics solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction post-onboarding.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in onboarding or a similar role within a Managed Service or Analytics-focused environment.
- A strong understanding of analytics platforms and related technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to resolutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
