Operations Manager - Fiduciary Accounting - General Insurance (London Market) - 12+ Years - Pune

We are hiring an experienced Insurance Operations Leader to manage London Market fiduciary accounting (non-claims) operations. The role focuses on premium accounting, client money controls, compliance, and team leadership in a structured, SLA-driven environment.

Location: Pune (UK Shift)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage fiduciary accounting and premium operations for London Market insurance portfolios
2. Ensure compliance with UK regulatory, Lloyds, and client money requirements
3. Drive SLAs, productivity, quality, and audit readiness across operations
4. Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team through regular reviews and training
5. Oversee premium collection, allocation, reconciliations, settlements, and unallocated cash
6. Handle client escalations and engage proactively with UK stakeholders
7. Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
8. Monitor workforce metrics including productivity, attrition, and adherence

Requirements:

1. Graduate (any stream)
2. 12+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in team management
3. Strong experience in General Insurance London Market fiduciary / premium accounting (non-claims)
4. Prior exposure to broker or insurer captive operations preferred
5. Sound understanding of UK regulatory, audit, and compliance standards
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
