Pension Trainer- 10-12 years- Pune
A very exciting opportunity for trainers with 10- 12 years of training experience and 5+ years of relevant experience in UK/US pensions, specializing in Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution schemes.
Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pre-Process and Advance Domain Training.
- Plan and Coordinate Upcoming Batches.
- Develop and Update Training Manuals and Workbooks.
- Conduct Performance Knowledge Tests (PKTs) Monthly.
- Obtain Training Material Approval from Process Heads.
- Prepare and Submit Monthly Training Reports.
- Facilitate Formal Induction and Process Training for New Hires.
- Generate Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Training Reports.
- Conduct Domain Refresher Training.
- Organize Periodic Refresher Training for Domain and Custom Certification Policy.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience as a classroom facilitator.
- Proficient in engaging with diverse groups, and displaying strong interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits adaptability and maturity in managing high-pressure scenarios.
- Capable of thriving in a cross-cultural environment and fostering teamwork.
- Willingness to travel to various locations for training purposes as needed.
