Roles & Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of digital activities across social, search and display platforms.
Strategize and execute the overall performance marketing strategy
Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising) and other social media platforms
Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROI
Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets
The Successful Candidate
We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Basic understanding of Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics)
Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
