Key Responsibilities –

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with customer and business expectations.

• Prepare and review project plans using TOC, MS Project, and MES tools for effective execution.

• Manage raw material planning, coordinate with customers for timely receipt of free-issue materials, and ensure smooth production releases.

• Monitor critical activities/resources, resolve bottlenecks proactively, and oversee inventory management with accurate records.

• Optimize resource allocation through monthly schedules, track budgets and profitability, and implement corrective measures when needed.

• Ensure compliance with aviation standards (AS9100, AS13100, RM13010), safety practices, and information security protocols.

• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, TPM, TOC, PMO, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Uphold organizational values, ethics, sustainability goals, and foster a strong safety culture. 

Requirements –

• Candidate should be from Aersopace or Automotive Industry. Hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.

• Demonstrate effective communication, coordination skills, and the ability to deliver results while building stakeholder relationships.

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Projects and TOC methodology.

• Skilled in Infor ERP systems and advanced Excel for planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Capable of interpreting process sheets and engineering drawings to support efficient production and execution .
