Planning Engineer – 7-12 Years-Commercial & High-Rise Buildings-Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Create, update, and monitor comprehensive project schedules (Level 3 & 4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project, covering design, procurement, civil, MEP, façade, fit-out, and commissioning phases.
• Critical Path & Progress Monitoring: Perform critical path analysis, track progress vs. baseline, and generate detailed progress reports, including S-curves, EVM (Earned Value Management), and delay forecasts.
• Resource & Cash Flow Planning: Prepare and manage resource-loaded schedules (manpower, material, equipment) and assist QS teams with cash flow projections linked to the project plan.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Conduct planning and review meetings with structural, MEP, architectural, façade, and subcontractor teams to ensure schedule alignment and timely execution of critical activities.
• Risk & Change Management: Assess the time impact of variations, claims, and change orders; maintain updated baselines and provide delay analysis and recovery strategies.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain schedule-related documentation in line with contractual requirements, prepare detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), and ensure version control of baseline and revisions.
• Reporting: Present weekly/monthly progress dashboards and updates to senior management and external stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and corrective actions.

What We’re Looking For

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Experience:
8–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for commercial or high-rise construction projects (20+ floors), with strong exposure to structural and MEP sequencing.
