Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Planning Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring of complex infrastructure or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project controls, cross-functional coordination, and strategic planning, ensuring that project execution aligns with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling
- Lead the formulation and oversight of an integrated project schedule covering all phases: design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Validate contractor-submitted schedules and ensure alignment with approved timelines and milestones.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager and Head Office Planning Team to ensure effective planning in line with resource availability.
- Maintain and revise the master schedule regularly to capture progress or deviations; report critical changes to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets in consultation with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor cost trends, detect variances from approved budgets, and propose timely corrective measures to control overspending.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in project planning, scheduling, and execution within the industrial infrastructure or construction sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Candidates from NICMAR or equivalent institutions preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of project planning tools like Primavera and MS Project.
