Process Associate / Senior Analyst Access Management & Risk Control-3 Years -Pune
 
Location Pune(Hybrid) -Immediate Joiners
 
A great opportunity for professionals with 3–7 years of experience in Access Management, Risk & Control, and Operational Governance. This role involves reviewing user access, ensuring process compliance, performing control checks, and supporting data/document governance activities. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys structured operational work.

Responsibilities –
1. Execute periodic and non-periodic user access reviews and ensure timely closure of discrepancies.
2. Manage access certifications, document governance, and data quality checks.
3. Conduct control testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and root cause analysis for issues.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders, resolve access-related queries, and maintain compliance documentation.
5. Analyze system/process trends and contribute to improvements and standardizations.
 
Requirements –
1. 3–7 years of experience in Access Management, Risk & Control, Operational Risk, or Business Controls.
2. Strong understanding of RCSA, access control governance, and compliance processes.
3. Good data analysis skills with Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Python is an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
