Project Manager Role – 8+ Years – Bangalore (Night Shift)

About the Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (AM/DM level) with a strong background in Project Management within the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multiple workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects in Waterfall and Agile environments. This role requires strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills and will operate in a night shift to support global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate across multiple teams and functions to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones

• Create, review, maintain, and deliver project management documentation including project plans, trackers, presentations, and communications

• Track project deliverables, risks, and issues by collaborating with task owners and subject matter experts across internal teams and external service providers

• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, process documentation, and templates; proactively identify and implement process improvements

• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management

• Provide regular and structured project status updates, dashboards, and reports

• Coordinate and schedule meetings involving multiple stakeholders across geographies

• Manage multiple parallel, deadline-driven activities

• Perform other project-related duties as required

Requirements:

• Overall 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years of Project Management experience

• Currently working at AM / DM / Team Lead level

• Strong experience in Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)

• Understanding of Insurance operations and/or client servicing experience

• High level of organization with strong attention to detail

• Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Strong analytical skills to assess project data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions

• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams

• Experience in process flow development and documentation using Visio or similar tools (good to have)

• Willingness to work in Night Shift

• Location: Bangalore
