Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the construction of a state-of-the-art Multispecialty Hospital. The ideal candidate will be deployed from the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team and will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the project, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the hospital construction project from inception to handover.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Monitor and control project progress, costs, and timelines.
Implement project plans, construction schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure safety compliance.
Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Oversee procurement and ensure material and resource availability as per project requirements.
Drive quality assurance and resolve technical issues or disputes on-site.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
14–24 years of proven experience in large-scale building construction projects, preferably in healthcare or institutional sectors.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of hospital construction standards, MEP services, and healthcare infrastructure requirements.
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience working with PMCs or leading large construction projects is preferred.
