Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the construction of a state-of-the-art Multispecialty Hospital. The ideal candidate will be deployed from the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team and will be responsible for end-to-end execution of the project, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the hospital construction project from inception to handover.

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.

  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

  • Monitor and control project progress, costs, and timelines.

  • Implement project plans, construction schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure safety compliance.

  • Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders and senior management.

  • Oversee procurement and ensure material and resource availability as per project requirements.

  • Drive quality assurance and resolve technical issues or disputes on-site.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 14–24 years of proven experience in large-scale building construction projects, preferably in healthcare or institutional sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital construction standards, MEP services, and healthcare infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience working with PMCs or leading large construction projects is preferred.
