Project Manager - Non-IT Projects - Global Insurance Brokerage firm - 13+ Years - Pune (UK Shift)
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Non-IT projects within Change and Operations team. The role emphasizes change management, governance, reporting, and portfolio management, working with senior stakeholders across global locations.
Location- Pune (UK Shift – Hybrid Mode)

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be:
- Leading and monitoring non-IT portfolio, program, and change initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Preparing governance documents, management dashboards, and executive-level reports.
- Driving change management activities while collaborating with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
- Supporting business analysis activities including requirement gathering, impact analysis, and process documentation.
- Tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Requirements:
- 13+ years of experience in Project Management, Change Management, Business Operations, or Consulting.
- Proven expertise in Non-IT projects (insurance/financial services preferred).
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to Power BI / MS Project is an advantage.
- Certification is mandatory – PMP or Prince2 Practitioner.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in complex, multi-location environments with shifting priorities.
