QA / QC Engineer (SME) – 5+ Years – Nagpur

About the Profile:
We are hiring an experienced QA / QC Engineer (Subject Matter Expert) with strong exposure to quality assurance, quality control, and technical support. The role requires hands-on experience in cloud platforms, incident management, troubleshooting, and customer-facing support, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This position is based in Nagpur and requires work from office with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities:

Respond to, diagnose, resolve, and track customer issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels within defined SLOs
-
Handle escalations and provide high-touch support for priority customers
-
Perform root cause analysis using diagnostic tools, QA/QC processes, and knowledge bases
-
Collaborate with engineering teams to report bugs, suggest fixes, and improve product quality
-
Assist and guide lower-tier support teams on complex technical issues
-
Maintain ≥90% quality adherence in customer interactions and follow internal QA/QC standards

Monitor business impact, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution

Create, maintain, and improve troubleshooting guides, QA/QC documentation, and best practices

Contribute to community forums, internal knowledge bases, and documentation repositories
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in QA/QC, technical support, or customer-facing engineering roles
-
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, software debugging, and system-level troubleshooting

Experience in incident management and escalation handling

Familiarity with bug tracking tools, QA tools, and knowledge management systems

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and guide/mentor other team members

Graduation is mandatory (Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo required)

Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 week offs)

Must be available to join immediately
