Sales Operations Manager - 5 to 9 yrs. - Mumbai, Pune, bangalore and Kochi

Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in: • Working closely with Regional Sales Operations Leaders, Producers, and Sales Teams • Acting as a concierge to Producers to support book management, meetings, reports, and schedules • Providing direct/indirect product-specific sales support • Enriching missing CRM data (Salesforce) on leads, prospects, and opportunities • Sharing ZoomInfo, Intent Signals, and key data insights with Producers They combine relationship-building, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach to elevate sales support.

Location - Mumbai, Pune, bangalore and Kochi

Primary Responsibilities • Support onboarding of new/renewing clients by ensuring complete documentation for binding • Manage end-to-end sales cycle support activities • Participate in prospect & renewal review meetings with Producers and Sales teams • Act as the key liaison between Producers and GCoE teams • Track, monitor, and follow up on sales activities to ensure accurate and timely completion

Minimum Qualifications Education Major Degree – Bachelor/Master

Licenses/Certificates Insurance certifications such as CPCU, AINS, AU, CIA are an added advantage

Work Experience

1. 7–10 years of experience in insurance and operations

2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)

3. Familiarity with ZoomInfo, D&B, and similar tools

4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

5. Experience interacting with onshore stakeholders; US visa preferred
