Responsibilities –

1. Provide end-to-end support for Financial Reports including Forecast / Claims Projection, IBNR, Contribution Modelling, and Plan Design Modelling.
2. Analyze carrier data to prepare accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations aligned with client financial objectives.
3. Estimate IBNR claim liabilities in accordance with actuarial standards.
4. Create tailored financial and performance reports highlighting key trends and insights.
5. Use proprietary models and tools to calculate financial results with accuracy.
6. Collaborate with account management teams to develop renewal strategies and negotiate favorable terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with onshore and offshore teams.
7. Support underwriting teams, participate in client meetings as required, and Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.

Requirements –

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Statistics or Applied Math/Stats.
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience.
3. Proficiency in Applied Statistics and Advanced MS Excel & VBA.
4. Experience in US Health Insurance, Group Insurance, or Re-Insurance.
5. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of R for statistical analysis.
