Senior Analytics Specialist – 5+ Years – Gurgaon
An exciting opportunity for a skilled Analytics & Reporting Specialist with 5+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, VBA, and ETL tools. In this role, you will design and deliver interactive dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across global clients in insurance and financial services.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive dashboards/reports using Power BI, MS Access, Excel, and SSRS.

Write complex DAX expressions, SQL queries, stored procedures, and VBA automations.

Build and manage data pipelines using SQL/SSIS/ETL tools, ensuring smooth data integration.

Configure scheduled data refresh, Power BI Gateways, and implement Row Level Security.

Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, APIs, ODBC, Excel, etc.) for advanced analytics.

Collaborate with global stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of analytics experience (preferably Insurance/Reserving domain).

Hands-on expertise in Power BI, MS Access, VBA, SQL, and ETL tools (SSIS/Azure).

Good-to-have: Experience with SSRS, SSAS, and advanced Excel reporting.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
