Associate / Senior Analyst – Risk Advisory - 2 - 5 Yrs - Chennai

Hiring a finance professional to manage Lenders Independent Engineer (LIE) and Project Investment Risk Monitoring assignments for institutional investors and lenders within the real estate sector.

Location – Chennai

A reputed advisory organization specializing in real estate investment monitoring, commercial review, and risk assessment services for institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities –

  1. Execute LIE & Project Investment Risk Monitoring assignments for PE funds, NBFCs and Banks.

  2. Conduct commercial, financial, sales & collection reviews for real estate projects.

  3. Perform escrow review, collections reconciliation & project cost validation.

  4. Analyze debtors ageing, fund flows, cancellation risks & project cash flow gaps.

  5. Review RERA compliance and track project budget vs actual performance for investor reporting.

Requirements –

  1. CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance).

  2. 2–3 years of experience in Internal Audit / Project Finance / Real Estate Finance.

  3. Strong analytical skills with hands-on financial reconciliation experience.

  4. Knowledge of RERA regulations & escrow structures.

  5. Strong stakeholder management and reporting capability.
