Senior Analyst - Workforce Management - 4+ Years - Pune

Are you a data-driven professional who loves turning numbers into actionable business decisions? This opportunity is for a highly analytical Workforce Planning / Forecasting expert who can own end-to-end forecasting, capacity planning, and MIS reporting. You will work closely with global stakeholders (US/UK), influence workforce strategy, and play a critical role in long-term business planning using Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end workforce forecasting, including long-term and volume forecasting
2. Perform capacity planning to align workforce supply with business demand
3. Build, maintain, and enhance forecasting models using Excel and/or Power BI
4. Prepare MIS dashboards and core operational reports for leadership reviews
5. Analyze trends, variances, and forecast accuracy; identify and fix reporting errors
6. Present insights and forecasts to senior stakeholders (US/UK) with clarity and confidence
7. Support strategic workforce decisions through data analytics and scenario modeling
8. Ensure data integrity, documentation, and continuous improvement in forecasting processes

Requirements

1. Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Workforce Planning / Forecasting / Analytics
2. Mandatory experience in Long-Term Forecasting / Volume Forecasting
3. Mandatory experience in Capacity Planning
4. Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, scenario analysis)
5. Experience creating forecasts using Excel and/or Power BI (no third-party WFM tools required)
6. Solid exposure to MIS reporting and data analytics
7. Proven stakeholder management experience with US or UK clients
8. Strong communication skills – ability to explain complex data in simple business language
