Senior Analyst - Workforce Management – 4+ Years - Pune

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4+ years of end-to-end Workforce Management experience, including long-term and volume forecasting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Power BI and Excel, solid experience in MIS core reporting, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze historical data to deliver accurate workforce forecasting (long-term and volume) aligned with business objectives.
  2. Design, implement, and optimize staffing models, schedules, and workforce processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  3. Monitor workforce performance through MIS and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  4. Partner with cross-functional and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of workforce strategies and optimization of WFM tools and systems.
  5. Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in workforce operations, driving process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of end-to-end Workforce Management experience, with mandatory exposure to long-term and volume forecasting, capacity planning, and predictive analysis.
  2. Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (well-versed with formulas) and Power BI, including forecast creation, data analytics, and visualization.
  3. Proven experience in MIS core reporting, report validation, error analysis, and delivering accurate, management-ready dashboards and insights.
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with experience working with US/UK stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and availability for face-to-face interview on Friday, 06th Feb 2026.
