Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end annual and mid-year appraisal cycles ensuring fairness, governance, and business alignment.
• Build and automate performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Darwinbox data integrations.
• Design and maintain KPI scorecards, enabling data-backed calibration and performance normalization.
• Preparing and rolling out appraisal letters.
• Create predictive models linking performance, pay movement, and retention insights for leadership decisions.
• Present executive-ready analytics on rewards ROI, performance distribution, and workforce insights.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in performance management, HR analytics, or total rewards.
• Strong expertise in Excel modeling, Power BI dashboards, DAX, and data automation.
• Hands-on exposure to Darwinbox or similar HRMS tools for performance and pay data integration.
• Experience in general rewards operations
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and data storytelling capabilities.
• Educational background: Any Graduate, MBA Preferred
