Senior Data Scientist – VP (Individual Contributor) - Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Summary – We are looking for an accomplished Senior Data Scientist – VP (IC) with strong expertise in Python, machine learning, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics. This role involves end-to-end ownership of data science initiatives, building production-grade ML/AI solutions, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates with Banking / Financial Services domain exposure and interest in Generative AI will be preferred.

Responsibilities  

10+ years of overall experience with 4–5 years as a Senior Data Scientist

Own end-to-end delivery of data science and analytics projects

Design, develop, validate, and deploy ML / AI solutions in production

Strong hands-on Python development with sound software engineering practices

Collaborate with business, engineering, and analytics stakeholders

Work on Generative AI use cases and advanced modeling initiatives

Build and manage data pipelines, ML models, and statistical solutions

Mentor junior team members (preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
