Senior Lead - Process & IT - PAN India (10-15 years)
Location: PAN India (preferred Bangalore, India)
We are looking for a IT professional who will enable continuous improvement of IT operations by leading the accurate and timely gathering of requirements, Quality Assurance and Delivery of initiatives for tool implementation / process improvement to ensure alignment to strategic objectives. Provides expertise in recommending, influencing and facilitating continuous improvement for processes to provide better efficiency and turnaround time.

Job Responsibilities:
IT
Establishing IT goals and timelines for projects.
Recommending upgrades and systems for purchase.
Overseeing implementation and integration of computer systems.
Troubleshooting and finds solutions for computer systems issues as they arise.
Ensuring adherence to government regulations and guidelines for technological systems and safeguarding of data.
Analyzing system usage and processes to determine how to improve processes and systems in line with the organization goals and objectives.
Integrating new software and platforms into existing computer systems to ensure that technology is optimized.
Developing and maintains IT budget.
Process improvement
Analyzing processes and procedures. Understand current state and required steps to transition users to new tools and processes
Developing process enhancement strategies.
Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes by understanding shortfalls & issues in current processes and modifying/designing the processes.
Establishing and adhering to norms and standards. Develop SOPs, templates, process notes and effectively communicate to all stakeholders involved
Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer or software engineering, or information systems.
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean methodologies with experience in implementing projects using the above.
Familiarization with ISO standards.
At least 10-12 years of experience with minimum 3-5 years’ supervisory or management experience in a technology role
5-7 years’ experience in IT or data management.
