Senior Lead / Lead Specialist – Financial Benefits - 4 to 10 Yrs - Delhi NCR
A global insurance and risk management organization is hiring a Senior Lead or Lead Specialist – Financial Benefits for its Employee Benefits – Insurance Vertical. This individual contributor role focuses on advanced financial analysis, forecasting, IBNR estimation, and strategic renewal support for client and account teams.

Responsibilities –

Independently evaluate and present experience reports, assessing client financial performance, expenses, funding levels, and rates across employee benefit plans.

Develop financial forecasts, IBNR reserve estimates, and plan design models aligned with actuarial standards to support renewal planning and financial stability.

Create customized financial and performance reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and validation of assumptions using advanced analytical techniques.
-
Collaborate with account, underwriting, and cross-functional teams to shape renewal strategies, resolve queries, and ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

Participate in client meetings, manage multiple high-priority deliverables, and demonstrate ownership by reviewing outputs and contributing to best practices.
Requirements –
-
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science (Fully Qualified Actuary preferred); Statistics or Applied Mathematics graduates considered with 7+ actuarial exams cleared.

8–12 years of experience in US and/or Indian healthcare, with strong exposure to employee benefits.

Deep knowledge of US Group Insurance or Indian Health Insurance, including benefit structures, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.

Advanced applied statistics, financial modeling, insurance/reinsurance, and claims analysis expertise.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, time management, and collaboration skills.
