Senior Manager- Steel Centre of Excellence (Consulting/Manufacturing/ Steel Plant Advisory - Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore - 6+ years
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
Looking out for professional from Steel Practice who has been into consulting, manufacturing or Steel Plant Advisory background with 6+ years of experience in delivering projects on corporate strategy, performance improvement, cost reduction, process re-engineering, sales and business development.
You will be responsible for building Steel Practice on behalf of the organization by being a part of their Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities -
Managing projects pertaining to strategy, operations, business planning, cost reduction, process re-engineering.
Building database for the company by sharing POV’s.
Managing business development and building steel pitches.
Carrying internal research
Working on the site to understand the ground realities of the practice.
Requirements -
B tech Graduate plus Post-Graduation from IIM/ISB/NITIE with at least 6 years of consulting experience
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
Background of working in a Steel Plant in an advisory role shall be preferred.
