Senior Manager – Finance (LOB / Project Accounting) - 12 to 15 Yrs - Mumbai

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to lead Financial Accounting, Reporting, Planning & Analysis for Line of Business (LOB) operations within the EPC/Project environment. The role will drive profitability, cash flow, governance, audit compliance, and risk management while strengthening internal controls and digitisation initiatives.

Responsibilities –

1. Own end-to-end Financial Accounting, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting, P&L and Balance Sheet management for LOBs.

2. Drive revenue, margin, cost control, working capital management, and cash collection objectives.

3. Oversee project accounting including POC, CTC estimation, variance analysis, and project-wise reporting.

4. Manage statutory, internal audits, taxation (direct & indirect), banking, compliance, and legal coordination.

5. Strengthen internal controls, risk management, process improvements, ERP utilisation, and digitisation initiatives.

Requirements –

1. CA or ICWA qualification (mandatory).

2. 12–15 years of experience, preferably in EPC / Project-based industries.

3. Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Project Accounting (POC), MIS, and profitability management.

4. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

5. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
