We are seeking a professional carrying at least 6 years of relevant experience as a Product manager. A perfect fit for an individual carrying a strong proficiency in product management methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, with a track record of delivering successful products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating and leading a team of developers, fostering innovation and high performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
Providing guidance and mentorship for team growth and alignment with company vision.
Overseeing the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Defining release plans and managing priorities, timelines, and resources.
Driving agile methodologies for customer value delivery.
Conducing regular updates and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Ensuring software releases meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with QA engineers for effective testing and issue resolution.
Leveraging insights for product enhancements and maintaining a competitive edge.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably in healthcare or software.
Understanding of veterinary industry or healthcare IT is advantageous.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and strong communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
