Senior Manager (Renewals Transformation) - IT/Insurance - Gurgaon - 5+ years
Location - Gurgaon (On-site)
Looking out for a project manager preferably from insurance background with at least 3+ years of experience handling digital/IT projects for payment gateways/solutions.
You will be a part of the renewals operations team working on digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities -
Working closely with the development team in order to technically optimize new online and offline payment deposit partners.
Creating BRD, FSD, flowcharts and managing business/customer walk-through.
Maintaining and publishing project plans as required.
Managing large scale complex digital initiatives throughout the entire development cycle, planning, execution, status reporting and coordination against the project plans and delivery commitments.
Working closely with business teams to ensure compliance and business needs are met without compromising long-term platform evolution and health.
Managing the vendor partners for integration related issues.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer query and complaints related to online payments are resolved.
Improving NPS along with improving customer, agent and distribution engagement.
Identifying gaps and taking necessary precautionary measures to address them.
Initiating projects for performance improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements -
Graduation with minimum 5+ years of experience handling digital/IT projects specifically for payment gateways/solutions in insurance industry.
Good knowledge of Life insurance products.
Should have team-handling experience.
Strong understanding of financial ecosystem and payments is a must.
